According to Shanghai Institute for Science and Technology [2017] No. 68 document, ' Measures for the Implementation of the Full-time Master's Award Program for Shanghai University for Science and Technology ', in order to inspire our graduates to study seriously, innovate and develop comprehensively, now an announcement of 2018 full-time graduate students to participate in the second stage of assessment of academic scholarships:

1. Participants

The 2018 full-time graduates who have already registered their student status in the fourth semester, the admission type is 'non-directional employment', and the nationalities are People's Republic of China. Or the previous full-time 'non-directional employment' postgraduates recognized by the review committee.

2. Selection quota

According to the number of full-time 2018 postgraduate students enrolled in the second-stage academic scholarship and the proportion of 15% first-class academic scholarships and 35% second-class academic scholarships, confirmed by the 2018 full-time postgraduate second-stage academic scholarship evaluation committee, See the following table for the selection quota of each major:

3. Application materials

1." Full-time postgraduate second-stage academic scholarship evaluation application form " (see Annex 1) 

Paper version of the "Full-time postgraduate second-stage academic scholarship evaluation application form " filled in according to the second-stage academic scholarship evaluation rules (see Annex 2), the electronic version named after student number will be sent to the mailbox. In the form, "Applicant's signature" needs to be handwritten, and " Tutor’s Signature" must be signed by the tutor personally. If there are special circumstances where the tutor cannot personally sign, the tutor's electronic signature can be used.

2.Postgraduate course transcript

Log in to the graduate information system to download the transcript (excel format) and print it. The electronic version of the transcript in Excel format will be sent to the mailbox with the student number.

3. A copy of the transcript of the CET-6 written test, or a printed version of the webpage with a score display

4. Academic papers, authorized patents, scientific and technological competition awards, etc.

(1) The time frame for the research achievements and science and technology competition awards that can participate in the evaluation is the period from the enrollment of graduate students to May 29, 2020.

(2) Academic papers and authorized patents participating in the evaluation must be registered in accordance with the "Measures for the Registration of Graduate Academic Achievements of the School of Medical Instrument and Food Engineering" before May 29, 2020.

(3) Science and technology competition awards participating in the evaluation must be registered in accordance with the "Registration Rules for the Graduate Innovation and Entrepreneurship Science and Technology Competition of the School of Medical Instrument and Food Engineering” before May 29, 2020

(4) Supporting materials

① Academic papers published in domestic academic journals must be copied on the front cover, back cover, directory and page of the paper. English papers of foreign journals with DOI number must be printed in full text. 

② For academic papers accepted for publication by domestic or foreign academic journals, you must prepare a copy of the acceptance notice or payment notice, or an e-mail printed copy containing the content of the acceptance notice, and attach a printed copy of the full paper 

③ Journal papers accepted by SCI, SCIE, EI core source journals, or existing DOI numbers, journal papers, international conference papers retrieved by SCI, EI, ISTP (CPCI), etc., authorized patents, and science and technology competition awards.

4. Review procedures

May 27 to May 29, 2020: Graduates submit application materials.

June 1st to June 5th, 2020: According to the assessment rules (Annex 2), carry out the work of sorting and summarizing the application materials, and convene a review committee to confirm the assessment.

June 8th to June 12th, 2020: The college announces the list of first- and second-class academic scholarship awards, and the main achievements

5.matters needing attention

Students should pay attention to the time and deadline for submitting the application. Those who do not submit the application materials that are overdue will be deemed to have voluntarily given up the assessment. At the same time, students are requested to promise the authenticity of the submitted materials. Those who have verified fraud will be disqualified.
