1、Undergraduate and graduate students in full-time junior college (graduate students can only apply with the consent of their tutors).   

2、In good health and without any disciplinary offence.

3、Minimum score of new TOEFL: 75; IELTS (Academic): 5.5 (no lower than 5.5).
